Sobieski New Homes is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Installation Helper / Residential New Construction to save the day by working with an HVAC Mechanic to install quality heating and cooling systems for the good citizens of our community. Requirements

0-3 years’ experience in Construction, preferably in HVAC
Willingness to learn
Mechanically inclined
Reliable and Dependable
HS Diploma
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Heatproof & shrinking powers (or at least the ability to work out in the summer heat as well as in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspace)
Own hand tools
A desire to prevent HVAC disasters in your community
