About The Position

Established in 1993 Metro Mechanical Inc. Become a premier commercial HVAC contractor in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Responsibilities: Take and follow instructions regarding the collection and acquisition of tools and equipment. Assist HVAC mechanic or lead installer on installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on commercial properties. Ensure that all systems remain in compliance with standards and protocols. Stocking job site with ductwork & equipment & cleaning jobsites of HVAC identifiable trash. Measure and prepare the materials required for HVAC installations. Assist in the installation of ducts and ducting systems. Ensure proper delivery and removal of equipment from client sites. Enforce safety measures before, during, and after each process. Devise and implement methods in order to ensure that clients’ property remains safe. Complying with relevant codes and regulatory standards. Operating a variety of hand and power tools needed for HVAC installation.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, pull and push components/equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Work flexible hours as required.
  • Able to work well with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specific procedures.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.
  • Must have a valid DL and good driving record.
  • Tools are required.
