Requirements

  • At least one (1) year of general labor experience, including use of manual and power tools
  • High school diploma, vocational/technical training, or GED equivalent
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through
  • Basic understanding of inventory, materials, and jobsite logistics
  • Motivation to grow, develop skills, and achieve career goals
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
  • Understanding of safety procedures and regulations
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related field)
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service software
  • Previous experience as electrical helper or in a similar role

Responsibilities

  • Assist the technician with light repair and installation work.
  • Observe and learn all aspects of the trade.
  • Wear floor savers while in the client’s home and maintaining a neat work area when performing a repair or scheduled service.
  • Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
  • Always be courteous, respectful, and pleasant to the customer.
  • Be accurate and timely with all paperwork.
  • Obey the company Code of Ethics and the Team Rules.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
  • Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving.
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.
  • Ensure safety best practices are followed in the field.
  • Other duties as assigned.
