Yearly Performance Reviews: We believe in continuous improvement and offer yearly performance reviews to ensure you’re on track and rewarded for your hard work. $40 - $55 an hour The ideal candidate will possess: 7-10 years of experience in the residential HVAC trade Service Titan experience is a huge plus Proven installation management skills Excellent communication skills High sense of urgency to the job done correctly and on-time A passion for delivering good customer service Excellent problem-solving abilities A “team first” attitude Successful history of leading multiple teams

Requirements

High school diploma and technical school education.
CT S, D, or B license required
10+ years HVAC Residential Installation experience.
EPA Universal certification.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be mechanically inclined with an excellent work ethic.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

7-10 years of experience in the residential HVAC trade
Service Titan experience is a huge plus
