About The Position

Job Summary: Manage and execute comprehensive servicing and maintenance tasks for a diverse range of products and equipment within designated territories. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Executes servicing of products and equipment, demonstrating self-reliance and proficiency in technical procedures. Identifies and resolves issues with instruments and products at customer locations, employing advanced diagnostic skills. Performs routine preventive maintenance, site surveys, installations, and modifications. Updates skills and knowledge to stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices continuously. Determines parts needed for repairs and their timely order. Maintains inventory stock and equipment, documents service-related activities. Collaborates effectively with team members and stakeholders to optimize service delivery. Provides training, re-training, and follow-up at customer sites. Requirements

  • Associate or Technical degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience working in a customer service role or related position.
  • Proficiency in all MS Office programs.
  • Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Pay high attention to detail.
  • Possesses strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Drive a vehicle for up to 95 percent of the hours worked.
  • Maintain company vehicle (oil and fluid changes, tires, alignments, tune-ups, etc.)
  • Frequent exposure to manufacturing facilities with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
  • Lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to sit comfortably for prolonged periods of time.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience preferred.
