Successful candidates must live in or near Cedar Rapids or Waterloo, Iowa, and be willing to travel between these two cities using a company-provided vehicle. What you'll be doing... Driving a company truck to residential homes to perform energy efficiency work Installing energy-saving measures (smart thermostats, lighting, aerators, etc.) Performing home energy assessments and installing and troubleshooting AC load control devices Physical Nature of the Job Bending, crouching, kneeling frequently Working in all weather conditions Type of Work In-person work in multiple homes per day (not remote) Ability to adapt to elongated schedules when needed; typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM What's in it for you... $30/hr starting rate $1,000 sign-on bonus Year-Round Work – No Seasonal Layoffs Paid training and certification opportunities Company vehicle, tools, PPE, and work attire provided Full benefits package What you bring... Requirements

Associate's degree or Diploma in HVAC program.
1-3 years of relevant industry experience or a combination of training, education, and work experience in a related field required.
Valid driver's license
Successful candidates must live in or near Cedar Rapids or Waterloo, Iowa, and be willing to travel between these two cities using a company-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities
