As an IAQ Technician/Duct Cleaner at F.H. Furr, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing indoor air quality for our clients. You'll leverage your expertise and skills to assess, diagnose, and implement solutions that improve air quality and comfort in residential settings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Skill in identifying customer needs and explaining product/service offerings clearly
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Company policy requires that all drivers be at least 21 years old
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality air duct cleaning and related services to customers
- Conduct comprehensive indoor air quality assessments and inspections at customer locations
- Identify and analyze indoor air quality issues, including pollutants, allergens, and ventilation concerns
- Recommend and implement IAQ solutions, such as air filtration systems, humidifiers, and ventilation improvements, tailored to clients' needs
- Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of IAQ systems with precision and efficiency
- Educate customers on IAQ best practices and provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance
