Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Air Duct Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing service visits to install sealant in customers' homes. This is a service position focused on executing presold work with an emphasis on speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and delivering 5-star service. Aeroseal is a patented technology designed to seal leaks in air ducts from the inside. This innovative process involves injecting a sealant into the ductwork, which travels through the ducts and adheres to the edges of any leaks, effectively sealing them. Benefits: Compensation $23.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM start time. Get paid weekly! Every Friday is payday! 75% paid medical premiums including dental, vision and life insurance for you AND 50% for your family. Company contributions to 401K. 6 Paid holidays in addition to Paid Time Off. SWP covers all truck expenses including, gas cards, service fees, and toll fees. Uniforms, phone and tablet provided. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed.
- Minimum of 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.
- Ability to drive and operate a vehicle and machinery.
Responsibilities
- Perform Aeroseal services in residential homes by getting into crawl space, attics, etc.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain the Aeroseal process and address any questions or concerns.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately and promptly.
