About The Position

HVAC Dispatcher Key Duties and Responsibilities: · Answer incoming service calls and schedule appointments promptly · Dispatch technicians to jobs based on skills, availability, and location · Provide customers with scheduling updates, delays, and job status information · Support technicians throughout the day with job details and clear communication · Monitor routes and workloads to maximize efficiency and productivity · Collaborate with service managers to resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize urgent calls · Maintain accurate service records, work orders and documentation in company systems · Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and reporting when needed (This is not a remote position) HVAC Dispatcher Qualifications: · Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service (HVAC or home services preferred) · Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail · Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills · Ability to stay calm and solutions-oriented in fast-paced or urgent situations · Comfortable using dispatch or scheduling software and general computer systems · Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job. Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age and have at minimum of three years of safe driving experience
  • Ability to pass background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorized to work in the US for any employer
  • Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service (HVAC or home services preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stay calm and solutions-oriented in fast-paced or urgent situations
