You understand that strong execution and communication behind the scenes directly impact the customer experience. In this role, you’ll coordinate service calls, manage the schedule, and serve as the central point of communication between customers and technicians. Your ability to take ownership, move quickly, and communicate clearly keeps operations running efficiently. Requirements

  • 2+ years of dispatching experience in the trades, home services, or a related field
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing your composure
  • Ability to speak clearly and professionally with a technician, a customer, and a manager all at once and handle each one well
  • Ability to make efficient and profitable decisions quickly and independently
  • Strong customer service instincts with a calm, solutions-focused mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Service Titan or a similar field service management platform is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and adjust HVAC technician schedules throughout the day
  • Communicate with customers and technicians regarding timing, updates, and changes
  • Make real-time dispatching decisions based on priority, location, and skill set
  • Track job progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Maintain accurate job details and updates in Service Titan
  • Support daily operations to keep everything running smoothly
