We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Design Engineer to help develop our next generation of advanced Data Center Cooling Products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the HVAC industry, including the intricacies of system design, component selection, and performance optimization. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Design and develop innovative HVAC systems, focusing on sustainability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Select appropriate components, including fans, heat exchangers, and compressors, to meet design specifications and performance requirements.
  • Analyze refrigeration cycle performance to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability of HVAC systems.
  • Understand and apply electrical diagrams and control systems to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate HVAC systems with other building systems, ensuring seamless operation and energy efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure designs are cutting-edge and compliant.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Participate in product testing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC system design and engineering.
  • Profound understanding of the refrigeration cycle, component functionality, and system performance optimization.
  • Expertise in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and control systems.
  • Familiarity with various types of fans, heat exchangers, and compressors used in HVAC systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading design projects.
  • General knowledge of CAD
  • Large commercial, chiller, or industrial refrigeration design experience
  • Product testing and troubleshooting
