About The Position

All Air Heating, Cooling, and Healthy Air is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team! Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience. Because we offer state-of-the-art customer experiences, we need top-of-the-line HVAC CSRs who genuinely care about the customer and is not looking for "just a job" but a career.

Responsibilities

Promoting customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
Learning the call script to sound professional and authentic when speaking with our customers in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
Maintaining and updating our customer database with complete and accurate information.
Maintaining communication with the dispatcher, service manager, and marketing manager.
