HVAC CSR/Dispatch Lead
About The Position
R & T Yoder Electric, Inc. is looking for a CSR/Dispatch Lead. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with an attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects at one time. Good customer communication is a must. This hands-on role is responsible for a variety of responsibilities including assisting with the onboarding of new customers and jobs, and scheduling of production labor. As a CSR/Dispatch Lead, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $60,000/yr, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $300 sign-on bonus! You will also be eligible for generous benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) that increases based on time of service, 5 paid sick days, paid holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, and uniforms for qualified applicants .
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience as a CSR/Administrative Assistant
- At least 4 years of experience in the construction industry
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Nice To Haves
- Service Titan experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Onboarding new customers and jobs via good phone customer service
- Assist Project Managers in the scheduling of field production labor
- Assist Technicians with job, material, and customer solutions
- Assist with Permitting tasks
- Work with the production, purchasing and management staff as a team to bring projects from conception to completion.
