Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with rooftop units, package units, and commercial systems
- EPA certification required
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in the field
- Professional attitude and commitment to quality service
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
- Service equipment such as package units, split systems, rooftop units, and other commercial systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot system issues
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding system performance and repair options
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
