At WyattWorks, we've expanded into HVAC, and we’re looking for a high-performing Comfort ADVISOR to help us launch and grow this brand-new division! About the Role You’ll be the Lead Salesman of our HVAC division — meeting homeowners, diagnosing comfort needs, and offering tailored heating, cooling, and air quality solutions. This role calls for a flexible, hands-on leader who can balance running sales calls with jumping in to help the field team when needed to ensure every job runs seamlessly. You’ll also be responsible for accurately quoting all jobs so everything is priced correctly and profitably from the start. Strong vendor relationships and deep knowledge of HVAC components are essential to getting fast, accurate pricing and avoiding costly undercuts. You must also have the ability to offer financing options on all jobs to help homeowners say “yes” and increase your own conversion rate.
