About The Position

HVAC Comfort Advisor / In-Home Sales Consultant (HVAC & IAQ) BVS Home Experts West Houston | Katy | Sealy, TX BVS Home Experts is hiring HVAC Comfort Advisors and In-Home Sales Consultants to present HVAC systems, air conditioning replacements, heating solutions, and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products to homeowners throughout West Houston, Katy, and Sealy, Texas. This is a commission-based HVAC sales position with paid training, strong earning potential, and long-term career growth.

Requirements

Positive attitude and strong desire to succeed
Coachable, accountable, and self-motivated
Comfortable with in-home sales and customer interaction
Ability to confidently ask for referrals
Professional appearance and communication skills
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to pass: Background check Drug test Personality assessment
Availability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities

Perform in-home HVAC consultations with residential customers
Present: HVAC system replacements and upgrades Air conditioning and heating solutions Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products and services
Educate homeowners on comfort, efficiency, air quality, and system performance
Deliver clear, professional, and ethical sales presentations
Become IAQ Certified (training provided and paid by the company)
Consistently ask for and earn referrals (referrals are a core expectation)
Perform clover-leaf marketing after each appointment: Flyers to the house on the left Flyers to the house on the right Flyers to the three houses across the street
Follow established HVAC sales processes and CRM documentation standards
Represent BVS Home Experts with professionalism and integrity
