Job Summary: The HVAC Comfort Advisor is responsible for providing in-home consultations to customers regarding HVAC system replacements, upgrades, and related comfort solutions. This individual acts as a trusted advisor, educating clients, evaluating their comfort needs, and offering customized solutions that align with both technical requirements and budget considerations. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-focused, and skilled in consultative selling within the HVAC industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HVAC sales or related in-home sales experience (preferred).
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and comfort solutions.
  • Proven ability to close sales through consultative and relationship-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • A/C Sales & Maintenance 5 YEARS
  • A/C Service Experience
  • In-Home Sales
  • Estimating
  • Prior Sales Experience a must
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess customers' heating and cooling needs.
  • Present and explain available HVAC solutions, financing options, and product features.
  • Build strong rapport and trust with homeowners through professionalism, integrity, and product knowledge.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals and close sales efficiently.
  • Follow up on all leads and ensure timely communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on current HVAC technologies, warranties, and energy-efficient solutions.
  • Utilize CRM or company tools to log customer interactions and track sales pipeline activity.
  • Engage with customers to understand their air conditioning needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
