About The Position

We are seeking an HVAC Chilled Water / Split System Tech for assignment in Orlando, Florida. The selected candidate will respond to reactive calls at our clients facility, diagnosing and repairing issues related to commercial kitchen equipment in order to provide a comfortable environment for employees and customers. Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm This position has a pay rate of $20 - $25/hr Chilled Water and Split System experience is required

Requirements

• A valid Drivers License
• 1 - 3+ years experience maintaining and operating HVAC and other equipment in an industrial, commercial or manufacturing environment
• Experience with chilled water and split systems

Nice To Haves

• Experience in commercial kitchen equipment; ice machines, ovens, stoves, walk-in coolers, refrigerators, freezers, cook tops and warmers is highly preferred
• An EPA Universal Certification is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Operates standard HVAC testing equipment and uses HVAC tool applicable to repair and maintain HVAC systems
• Provides information for equipment and systems maintenance logs
• Performs troubleshooting and repairs
• Participates in operations, inspections and repair of equipment and systems
• Performs quality repairs that extend the life of the facility
