HVAC Channel Senior Manager

This role owns the partner strategy, expansion and performance – working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product managers and operations to scale distribution, maximize sell-through and strengthen relationships nationwide. The ideal candidate will have deep HVAC channel expertise, strong commercial experience and a passion for making an impact in the US residential space.
Requirements
- 4 Year college degree with preferred focus in Business, Marketing and/or related field
- 7+ years experience in HVAC channel management or business development with proven results
- Experience launching and scaling products
- Proven success managing national or regional accounts
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality results
- Communication skills to influence and lead
- Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive leadership

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HVAC channel strategy
- Identify emerging HVAC partners
- Own HVAC business plans including revenue targets and assortment strategies
- Lead joint business planning, line reviews and quarterly performance reviews
- Negotiate promotional calendars
- Partner with marketing and product managers to launch new Home Solutions products
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain to forecast, inventory play and ensure on-time launches
- Track and analyse HVAC KPIs
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to Home Solutions and US Country leadership
