About The Position
Parker and Sons is currently seeking an HVAC Call-by-Call Supervisor! Join a stable, strong, ever-growing company that makes you feel like family! The HVAC Call-by-Call Supervisor position will report to and work directly with HVAC Manager in the creation, delivery and monitoring of sales training, designed to provide the ultimate customer experience. In exchange for your ability to inspire and motivate our team of technicians to achieve great success, you will receive a salary that is 100% commission with a target yearly earning of 85k per year, along with comprehensive benefits including 401K with company match, medical, dental, vision, life, disability & legal insurance options, 6 paid holidays, PTO & sick time, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.
