We’re seeking a motivated and hardworking HVAC Apprentice to join our Home Services Division. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the HVAC trade, gain hands-on experience from seasoned professionals, and grow into a skilled technician. You’ll assist in installations, maintenance, and repairs while learning the standards that make Roby Services a trusted name in the industry. Strong desire to learn the HVAC trade and grow with a respected company Positive attitude and willingness to work hard and take direction Natural curiosity for mechanical systems and problem-solving Excellent communication and teamwork skills Dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to doing the job right Previous exposure to the trades or mechanical work is a plus, but not required A genuine interest in building a long-term career in the HVAC industry Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Installation & Maintenance Support Assist technicians in installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties Learn to measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and piping accurately and safely Support system startups, testing, and verification of proper operation Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Learning & Skill Development Participate actively in training sessions and on-the-job learning Gain familiarity with HVAC tools, components, and best practices Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions Develop troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under supervision Customer Communication & Teamwork Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and coworkers Represent Roby Services’ standards of craftsmanship and customer care on every job Support team members in completing projects on time and within budget Why Roby Services?
