As an intelligence professional, you use your specialized experience and your attention to detail to develop products to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As an intelligence professional on our team, you'll help your client understand their mission environment. You'll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for US IC-wide products. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience curating and contextualizing timely IC HUMINT reporting
- Knowledge of DoD HUMINT Policy, Directives, and Doctrine
- Knowledge of IC databases and tools
- Ability to brief senior defense and government officials
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a HUMINT or analytic role, or 7+ years of experience in HUMINT or analysis in lieu of a degree
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
