About The Position

Upon contract award, we have an exciting opportunity for a HUMINT Desk Officer. Candidate will support INSCOM HQ in Fort Belvoir, VA. Duties Conduct day-to-day technical oversight, coordination, deconfliction, and synchronization of HUMINT operations in their assigned area of responsibility Provide expertise on Army HUMINT policy, doctrine, strategy, requirements, and priorities in support of SECARMY requirements Track, maintain, and update running estimates regarding tasks and initiatives for senior level meetings and briefings Candidate will provide HUMINT expertise to support policy formulation, resource management, source validation, and operational risk assessments Review and analyze HUMINT reporting and develop recommendations to mitigation of identified CI risks to HUMINT operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Certification required is CAT 1 MSO
• Minimum of 10 years in a HUMINT management or leadership position
• Minimum of 5 years of strategic experience conducting controlled HUMINT operations within the last 10 years
• Supports cyber HUMINT or technical operations
• Minimum of 4 years supporting Intelligence organization with analysis, briefings, battle staff coordination, and all aspects of the intelligence cycle
• Must have a Top Secret/SCI with poly clearance

Responsibilities
