About The Position

Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI (LSS) is seeking a part-time, benefit-eligible Human Services Professional (30 hours/week) to support the Brown County Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program . This role provides parent education, skill-building, and psychoeducation services for children, adults, and families. Services are delivered in the community , including homes, schools, and public locations , and require frequent travel within Brown County and some evening hours based on client need.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services–related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Community Mental Health, or related)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet LSS driving requirements
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and document accurately

Responsibilities

• Provide individual skill development, parent education, and psychoeducation services
• Support clients using trauma-informed, person- and family-centered approaches
• Participate on recovery teams and collaborate with clients, families, and clinicians
• Complete documentation, time reporting, and maintain client records
• Coordinate services and connect clients to community resources
• Maintain a flexible schedule based on client need
