About The Position

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan is growing our In-Home Recovery Services (IHRS) team and we want you to be part of it! We're currently seeking a Human Services Professional to support clients in the Wausau community who are enrolled in Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) or the Community Support Program (CSP) through Northcentral Healthcare. This role is ideal for someone passionate about mental health recovery, community-based care, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. This is a continuous posting in anticipation of future full-time, benefit eligible opportunities on 2nd shift.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field (required for CCS)
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Proficient in computer systems and electronic health records
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in community environments and responding to crises

Responsibilities

Provide medication management support in homes, schools, offices, or community settings
Participate in recovery teams and contribute to service planning
Maintain accurate documentation and client records
Collaborate with clients, families, and service teams to implement interventions
Apply knowledge of counseling, casework, and community resources
Testify in legal proceedings when required
Attend staff development, training, and supervision sessions
Work a flexible schedule based on client needs (evenings/weekends included)
