This onsite, on-call role places you at the heart of supporting youth ages 10–17 experiencing crises such as suicidal ideation, family conflict, homelessness, abuse or neglect, substance use, and behavioral challenges. With a competitive wage of $16.49–$20.90/hour , your compassion and steady presence will help create a safe, supportive environment for the youth who need it most.
