About The Position

Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Human Service Worker, earning $16.49–$20.90/hour , at our Intensive Residential Treatment Center in Provo, Utah. In this onsite role, you'll support individuals with high behavioral health needs by assisting with daily routines, encouraging skill development, and helping maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. You'll play a key role in promoting positive behavioral change while providing consistent, compassionate support to residents. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm, patient, and grounded during challenging situations
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
• Must pass a background check and meet WBH hiring standards

Nice To Haves

• Experience or education in mental/behavioral health is helpful but not required
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support and supervision to program participants
• Facilitate structured activities, skills groups, and daily routines
• Assist with crisis intervention and maintain a safe environment
• Document client interactions, progress, and observations accurately
• Collaborate with therapists, supervisors, and other team members
• Model positive behavior and healthy coping strategies
