Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Grave Shift Human Service Worker at our Vantage Point Youth Crisis Center in Provo, Utah, earning $16.49–$20.90/hour . This onsite, on-call role is designated for male staff to support the needs of the program and the youth we serve. In this position, you'll work directly with youth ages 10–17 who are experiencing crises such as suicidal ideation, family conflict, homelessness, abuse or neglect, substance use, and behavioral challenges. Your compassion, consistency, and strong presence will play a key role in creating a safe, supportive environment for youth during some of their most critical moments.
