Requirements
- Able to work Excel spreadsheet and excellent computer skills
- Familiar with standard office equipment and a printing plotter
- Able to multi-task
- Think fast and react fast
- Must have great customer relationship skills
- Able to communicate with office staff and field personnel
- Must have familiarity with Paylocity
Responsibilities
- Onboarding
- Performance management
- Ensure we are in HR compliance with numerous state labor laws
- Assist accounting on payroll reviews
- Administer company benefits
- Administer vacation requests
