The HR Specialist is responsible for performing all HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with the Executive Management Team and supervisors. This position is responsible for benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action/EEO-1, payroll, and employment law compliance. Perform all human resources–related duties at a professional level. Work closely with the Executive Management Team and supervisors across the organization. Oversee and administer employee benefits programs. Manage employee relations matters. Lead training and employee development initiatives. Administer performance management processes. Oversee employee onboarding activities. Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures. Manage recruitment and employment activities. Direct affirmative action and EEO‑1 reporting. Oversee payroll administration. Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
