Position Summary: The Human Resources Specialist will report to the VP, Total Rewards & Operations and will be responsible for supporting full employee lifecycle processes to ensure an exceptional candidate and employee experience for G&A, CMC, Regulatory and Quality functions. Working closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and key stakeholders across the organization, this role will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, lead onboarding and offboarding, respond to employee inquiries, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. This role will support operationalizing Vera’s learning and development programs, the design and execution of our in person weeks and provide general administrative support to the HR function.
