The Human Resources Specialist performs a wide variety of specialized administrative duties involving the administration of the City's employee benefits programs and in the support of overall Human Resources Division operations. Work includes onboarding and orientation, administering employee benefits, handling all aspects of employee transitions, and performing other professional and administrative personnel functions in support of daily department operations. The Human Resources Specialist works under general supervision and reports to the Human Resources Manager.
