About The Position

Under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Director, this position performs work in a customer service and team-oriented Human Resources Department. The individual in this position is expected to be fullypetent to independently perform a full range of duties and must be flexible and able to evaluate and change priorities and provide effective problem-solving skills to respond to challenging HR-related situations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required with some college courses preferred, particularly in math.
  • Two or more years' personnel experience.
  • Must operateputer and calculator.
  • Two or more years of secretarial experience.
  • Knowledge of proper office procedures, rules of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Ability to type and a thorough understanding of hospital policies and procedures.
  • Ability to answer correspondence and tomunicate well with visitors and callers.
  • Demonstrates stronganizational skills.
  • Ability to make logical and rational decisions.
