Reporting to the Plant Finance Manager, you will provide workforce management, payroll, benefits, and HR process support at a tier 2 level while coaching employees and HR partners through complex transactions. You will deliver high‑touch service through multiple channels, ensure data accuracy within Workday, support payroll and benefits administration, and contribute to improving HR processes across the organization. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Provide high‑touch customer service through phone, email, and case management to meet service level expectations Support employees and managers on HR and payroll Temporary Hour Reconciliations and Reporting Provides payroll audit support Route inquiries to functional specialists as needed and follow through to ensure resolution Process and enter confidential employee data Badge Deductions, termination vacation payout, calculate annual rate and vacation increases,salary premium pay Serve as a subject matter expert in HR systems transactions and data integrity within Workday Provide guidance and transactional support to HR Specialist I and assist in training for level 1 transactions Collaborate to maintain accurate employee records and ensure data consistency Assess issues to determine the best resolution path and escalate appropriately Participate in training to maintain understanding of policies, processes, and systems Work collaboratively with team members across HR functions Provides Daily Finance Reporting Power Point creation Engagement Team Leader Manages Employee Communications Company Store Backup
