About The Position

Provide guidance to employees regarding job-related questions, company policies, and software navigation. Serve as a resource for employees seeking HR-related support. Assist Team Members, Team Leaders and Group Leaders in solving work-related problems. Assist with staffing hourly and salary positions. Conduct new hire orientation. Monitor progress of new Team Members. Perform exit interviews. Coordinate company-wide working events, ensuring smooth execution and employee participation. Provide support for each working event on and offsite. Coordinate gifts for team members on special occasions and for employee events. Perform internal investigations for policy violations. Other duties as assigned by the Manager/Assistant Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or four (4) years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient computer and system software skills.
  • Leadership (team development, ability to influence, organizational awareness).
  • Interpersonal skills (relationship building, teamwork, conflict resolution, customer orientation).
  • Communication (verbal communication, listening, written communication).
  • Performance skills (accuracy with details, planning and organizing, efficiency).

  • Paycom and Excel is a plus.
