About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented professional to join our team and support the transition and ongoing management of key people‑operations processes. This role begins with a strong focus on migrating documents and data from PayCom to UKG, and will expand into a broader position covering payroll support, applicant tracking, compliance, and employee support functions.

Requirements

  • UKG experience is required; prior UKG implementation experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related HR or people‑operations role (Specialist, Coordinator, Recruiter, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transition of employee documents and HR data from PayCom to UKG, including personnel files, garnishments, tax statements, compliance documents, benefits information, and payroll data.
  • Ensure accurate, careful, and confidential handling of sensitive information.
  • Support daily people‑operations activities, including:
  • Payroll assistance
  • Phone screens
  • Benefits administration
  • Garnishment processing
  • Compliance tasks
  • Applicant tracking and onboarding support
  • Perform additional people‑operations duties as needed in a fast‑paced environment.
