Position: Human Resources Specialist III Level: Senior Location: Fort Meade, MD Office: J0 Clearance required: TS/SCI with CI poly Required education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, or Human Relations Required experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience Human Relations Officer or Spe cia list Basic Qualifications 10 years of experience as a Human Relations Officer or Spe cia list Knowledge of military or civilian personnel systems Ability to process military awards and decorations Job Description Provide military personnel management analysis to assist and support the staff with the management of military personnel and the overall Command military personnel policies , procedures, training, and programs. Ensure military programs, including awards and decorations, are coordinated, and meet appropriate timelines for submission for approval. Provide recommendations for optimizing program management and ensuring compliance with appropriate administrative guidelines and policies . Develop briefings, information papers, agendas, and other documents, as required by the government client. Support military and civilian personnel in-and-out processing. Maintain personnel databases.
