About The Position

This office is in Pensacola, Florida and is known as home of the world’s most beautiful beaches. This is a full-time position – Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. An employee in this position is responsible for managing the recruitment and hiring process for the circuit, to include coordinating on-campus interviews with Law Schools, job applicant review, scheduling and coordinating interviews, reference verification, employment verification, background screen coordination, and scheduling and conducting new hire orientation. Duties also include providing technical and administrative assistance to all staff members regarding Human Resources functions in the office. These duties may include providing assistance with employee benefits, employee relations issues, and policy interpretation. To successfully perform the duties of this position, candidates must have a professional demeanor, excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to multitask. Qualified candidates must be efficient on the computer keyboard and work well in a team environment. Candidates must be organized and be able to handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion. Dependable and routine in-office attendance during regularly scheduled business hours is required. Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in the area of human resources; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Applicants must be able to pass a background check for employment.
  • Employer is an E-Verify participant, requiring proof of identity, and proof of US citizenship OR legal right to work in the United States.
  • Employees must practice safe workplace policies and procedures.
  • Employees must maintain satisfactory attendance and job performance level to meet the mission of this employer.
