The HR Services Team includes responsibility for improvement related to systems, processes, procedures, and data can be optimized to improve services provided in the HR Services Center and take a proactive approach versus reactive. The HR Specialist will be responsible for the resolution of cases phone, e-mail or chat on a daily basis. This role will serve as back-up in person to the HR Services Specialist to provide in-person customer service. This role will be the main point of contact for initial or Tier 1 level questions and would analyze the question and determine if escalation is necessary. This role will work in a cross functional manner to problem solve and address inquiries across all HR systems, processes, and procedures. This position will service the Texas Behavioral Health Center. Schedule falls under a mostly remote hybrid work schedule which is currently one day every other week in office and as needed. Previous Human Resources experience is strongly preferred. Tier one level service, onboarding and data management experience is preferred.
