About The Position

The core responsibilities of an HR Representative: Administrative Support: Answering phones and relaying messages. Maintaining office supplies and equipment. Scheduling appointments and meetings. Filing and organizing employee records. Managing databases and data entry. Preparing reports and presentations. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job ads and screening applications. Scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees. Welcoming new hires and providing necessary information. Employee Information and Support: Maintaining accurate employee records and databases. Answering employee inquiries about HR-related matters, such as benefits and policies. Supporting employee training and development programs. Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring HR processes comply with company policies and legal regulations. Submitting employee data reports. Supporting employee relations and addressing concerns. Other Duties: Participate in employee recognition activities. Support HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with employees.
