About The Position

To welcome employees, applicants and callers in a warm professional manner. Assists in recruiting suitable applicants and initiates paperwork for prospective employment activities.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year receptionist/customer service experience
  • Basic computer experience
  • Ability to handle busy peak periods
  • Excellent internal and external customer relations
  • Must be open for constant interruptions and ability to set priorities
  • Exuberance and passion for people a must
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and fun workplace

Responsibilities

  • Maintains safety and cleanliness of the work station and surrounding areas
  • Interacts in a courteous and professional manner with all staff, applicants and employees
  • Sets up Applicants on Employment Applications for computer input; then reviews completed applications and rates accordingly
  • Issues
  • -ADA Essential Functions Questionnaire
  • -Drug Testing Referrals
  • -Work Card Referrals
  • -Background Checks
  • Process and enter new hire packets obtains required signatures
  • -distributes completed PAN forms to payroll and department managers
  • -input employment data into Infinium (S2K)
  • -assembles personnel file
  • -distributes completed PAN forms to payroll and department managers
  • -input employment data into Infinium (S2K)
  • -assembles personnel file
  • -distributes completed PAN forms to payroll and department managers

  • -assembles personnel file
  • Processes Employment Verifications
  • Keeps Essential Functions are up to date
  • Maintains Job Postings for Bulletin Board
  • Conducts new hire orientation
  • Prepares Classified Ads, Attends Job Fairs
  • Maintains Employee Bulletin Boards
  • Assists with employee events and activities
