About The Position

The Human Resources Recruiter will play a key role in our nationwide talent acquisition efforts within the facilities services industry. This role will collaborate closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and provide crucial support to all Centers of Excellence in the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the facilities services industry and have a proven track record in sourcing high-quality candidates for all facilities services roles. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably within the facilities services industry.
  • Prior experience sourcing for multiple roles across a range of locations.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment activities such as collaborating with the Director of Talent Acquisition to develop and implement recruitment strategies, acting as a talent advisor, and conducting initial screening processes.
  • Act as a talent advisor, sourcing high-quality candidates for operations and maintenance roles across our nationwide Centers of Excellence.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct screening processes to evaluate candidates for technical qualifications and cultural fit, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Drive candidate interest through creative marketing and social media campaigns, articulating UG2's value proposition effectively.
  • Provide expert advice to hiring managers on hiring decisions, job offer negotiations, and staffing strategies.
  • Use and maintain the job requisitions in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records to streamline recruitment processes and compliance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization, providing consistent support and ensuring alignment on recruitment goals and strategies.
  • Build relationships within the industry to expand the potential applicant pool and enhance the organization's talent network.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to support the development of recruitment strategies.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, finance, and human resources, to ensure alignment of goals and effective collaboration.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, to support the ongoing success and growth of the company.
