Greater Family Health is a multi-site federally qualified health center providing comprehensive medical, dental and behavioral health services within the Chicagoland area. Your Goal: This position is responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt personnel. How You’ll Help Patients:

Requirements

  • High School or G.E.D. diploma/transcripts is required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
  • One to two years of recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Working Knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems highly preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts full cycle recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt personnel; including posting advertisements for vacancies, screening potential candidates, completing job offers and conducting new employee orientation.
  • Manages internal transfer process including screening, coordination of interview with hiring manager and transfer offer.
  • Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Facilitates appropriate communication with hiring manager and candidates to ensure updated information on the recruitment process.
  • Maintains organizational recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Reports to all scheduled work sites and shifts on time and fully prepared to engage in all job responsibilities; location of work sites and shifts will change at the discretion of the supervisor.
  • Engages in all offered training, consultations and supervisions made available. Fully and professionally respond to and implement directives and advice offered by all supervisory and training personnel, as well as professionally offered feedback from coworkers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
