The role of a HR Process Team Leader can provide you with the skills and experience of: Planning HR department daily/weekly workload to support HR business priorities Read financial reporting and interpret data Federal, state and local employment laws Recruiting and event organization Microsoft Office Suite computer and workforce management programs Effectively using scheduling software Leading a team of hourly HR experts; including skills in interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent As a Human Resources Process Team Leader, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:
