Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Human Resources in the role of Human Resources Principal We are currently looking for a Human Resources Principal to join our Human Resources Team. This role will be a full-time day shift role working Monday- Friday with onsite expectation. The Human Resources Principal is a strategic liaison between HR and the business to help achieve strategic goals. These senior HR professionals have a deep understanding of the business and ensure that HR helps the business make an impact. They are responsible for adding value to the organization and helping the business make decisions, especially during times of change. Provides HR expertise and consulting for building organizational capability to achieve current and future business objectives through the development of proactive Human Resources strategy and practices. Drives and influences key organizational health and engagement initiatives with the business and provides advice, counsel and executes key initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • 7-10 years of broad HR experience with progressive HRBP experience.
  • Professional HR certifications strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in providing advice, counsel and coaching to leaders with the ability to influence and champion effective leadership and change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Ability to guide the application of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA, FLMA, ADA, etc.).
  • Experience in a matrixed organization and complex work environment.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and understanding of several functional areas of HR.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Requires basic proficiency in MS office products.
