As a Human Resources People Partner within Rolls-Royce, you will play a critical role in supporting the People strategy. What you will be doing: Partnering the leadership team in mobilizing the people strategy and driving the business plan, bringing the latest people and organizational development insights. Act as a trusted coach to the leadership team in handling sensitive or complex people issues, equipping them with the right skills and behaviors to lead their teams, including meeting Rolls-Royce leadership expectations. Support business problems from an organization development perspective, using data and tools to identify the levers which will maximize organizational performance. Develop effective talent and capability development plans to deliver strategic workforce plans and build an environment that supports our people to be at their best. Manage local employee relations issues, including investigations and performance management plans. Deliver resourcing plans to meet business commitments. Working collaboratively with our broad people team network including our Global People Services team.
