About The Position

The primary purpose of the full-time Human Resources Partner II is to coordinate a wide range of HR duties including recruitment, retention, HRMS, benefits, and employee records maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor + 2 years experience or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated excellent database and computer skills. Must have excellent Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills/soft skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in an open office environment and respond to issues and concerns that affect the department.
  • Discretion in handling high level, confidential materials related to the department.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment for Hopkinsville Community College.
  • Coordinate HRMS for HCC.
  • Coordinate electronic employee records (OnBase).
  • Coordinate benefits (KHRIS, KCTCS portal).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Senior HR Partner, including committee assignment(s) and professional development.
