We are looking for a self-driven and highly motivated Human Resources (HR) intern to assist with administrative duties and other HR-related tasks. The HR intern will work with other departments on special projects to enhance knowledge base and expand learning experiences. This individual will report directly to the HR VP Operations. This internship offers hands-on learning opportunities in HR Compliance, Digital Transformation, HRIS Optimization, and AI-driven talent strategies. The selected candidate will gain practical exposure to regulatory compliance processes, contribute to digitization and workflow modernization initiatives, support optimization of HR systems and reporting tools, and explore innovative approaches to talent acquisition and workforce analytics using emerging AI technologies. This experience is designed to provide a well-rounded foundation in modern Human Resources Operations within a dynamic and growth-focused environment.
