The Human Resources Operations Associate provides daily support needed to ensure successful HR related responsibilities that include but are not limited to the following: Manages unemployment claims and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations. Processes unemployment tax filings and maintains accurate reporting. Manages unemployment case details, documentation and submissions. Tracks and audits the Multiple Component of Pay (MCOP) programs. Supports visa and immigration documentation and compliance processing. Collaborates with third party vendors to bring on Contingent Workers and submit appropriate onboarding paperwork. Coordinates ShiftWise clearance and communicates with staffing agencies to ensure compliance and timely onboarding of these colleagues. Provides first level HR support and maintains confidentiality in all transactions.The Human Resources Customer Service Representative provides daily support needed to ensure a successful Human Resources Management System (PeopleSoft). Responsibilities include but, are not limited to the following: Overall data transaction processing and reporting within PeopleSoft (Data Entry) High volume phone contact with employees Review, verify, and reconcile incoming employment and personnel actions documentation Conduct post audit reviews of related processes.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a data processing or customer service role.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree or higher is preferred.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft management system is preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
