We’re seeking a highly organized Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator to support the successful integration of technical and corporate new hires across the E Tech Group Organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring engineers, project managers, and corporate staff are fully equipped, compliant, and ready to contribute from day one. You’ll work cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Engineering, and Operations to deliver a seamless onboarding experience aligned with project timelines, customer requirements, and internal standards.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business, human resources, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, recruiting coordination, and HR operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding tracks tied to project timelines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, particularly around compliance and documentation
  • Experience with an ATS (we use Greenhouse) and onboarding tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience supporting technical, engineering, or field-based teams strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding for a range of roles including engineers, project managers, and technicians.
  • Provide and assist new E Tech Group employees with staff-specific day-one readiness checklist.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires from offer acceptance through on boarding.
  • Ensure all required equipment (laptops, etc.) and system access (VPN, engineering tools, network credentials) are provisioned prior to start date.
  • Coordinate technical onboarding requirements including:
  • Training schedules (safety, customer/site-specific requirements, etc.)
  • Certifications and compliance documentation
  • Manage onboarding workflows and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant (I-9, background checks, NDAs, etc.)
  • Schedule and facilitate new hire orientation sessions, including company overview and technical onboarding touchpoints
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records and support reporting on readiness, utilization, and onboarding effectiveness.
  • Guide new associates through enrollment procedures for benefits, 401k, and other benefits.
  • Assist with associate questions related to human resources and E Tech Group.
